In February, UTAS conducted a comprehensive service training course in Amman, Jordan, for product experts and service engineers from eight Middle Eastern countries. Participants were trained in the operation, setup, and maintenance of UVENT-S ICU ventilators and UM 300-S patient monitors.

Being attentive to the state of equipment is as important as caring for patients. That is why UTAS ensures on-site service through its specialists and global partner network, providing continuous training to support end users and maximize equipment performance.

From February 12 to 14, service engineers from Egypt, Jordan, Iraq, Yemen, Kuwait, Libya, UAE, and Palestine completed courses on products installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

A similar training was held in Mexico in autumn 2024 for over 30 experts from South and Central America. UTAS also offers regular online training throughout the year.
